The Lewiston-Clarkston Valley has some of the best health care available in the region. Flights to Spokane and Seattle hospitals run smoothly from St Joseph Regional Medical Center for those critical cases requiring a level-1 center. Tri-State Memorial Hospital in Clarkston has excellent specialty care with cutting edge outpatient services. Medical complexes, as well as individual physicians are readily available in nearly all specialties. Dental care, physical therapy, etc. are also top notch. The facilities featured here are but a sampling of what there is to offer.
The Valley also has great public education as well as private education for grades K-12. Universities and Colleges are abundant. The University of Idaho is about 30 minutes away in Moscow ID, Washington State University is about 35 minutes away in Pullman WA, Lewis-Clark State College is in Lewiston and Walla Walla State College is in Clarkston. |
