We had our house listed on the market for about 9 months in 2004, and we didn't receive one bid on it. In the fall of 2004 we received a call from Brian Wilson. I told him we were going to try to sell the house ourselves, but to contact us next spring. He followed up. We listed with Brian and he had the house sold in about 2 weeks! Brian was very knowledgeable on everything & very business like. He did a great job for us. I would recommend him to anyone!

Brian was very helpful, returned calls promptly, did an excellent job with his market analysis, was prompt in giving me reports about how the various inspections went --- just everything! He was always pleasant, supportive - and a gentleman. Add all the boy scout virtues, too! The ads were good, photo of the house was good...it was all just a positive experience. From the start, Brian tried his best to show us properties that would suit our needs. He would keep us posted through the internet (we were living out of town). Any time we came over he made sure he was available. He was able to answer all of our questions regarding Lewiston. We were impressed that he listened to our requests and showed us only the properties that suited us and were in our price range.
